Jerusalem Marathon 2027

The event will include the following races: marathon (42.2 km), half-marathon (21.1 km), 10 km race, 5 km race The marathon routes pass through fascinating historical sites that shed light on 3,000 years of history in Jerusalem – the capital of Israel. Unlike most marathons, the course winds past landmarks like the Old City of Jerusalem, Tower of David, and Mount Zion. You’re essentially running through thousands of years of history, which gives the race a very different atmosphere from typical urban marathons. Jerusalem isn’t flat and the hills make it tougher than some other races including the Berlin Marathon or Chicago Marathon. For runners who want something physically demanding, this could be the challenge for you!
