Welcome
More than just a place to live
Supported Living is about independence, having your own home, choice and belonging. Each person we support has their own tenancy, a place that is genuinely theirs. We provide personalised support that fits around them, which can range from a few hours a week, to around-the-clock care, depending on individual needs.
We work closely with families, Social Workers and local authorities to make sure
the right support is in place and that it changes as people grow and their needs evolve.

Who it is for
Is Supported Living right for you?
Supported Living at Kisharon Langdon is for adults who:
- Have a learning disability, autism, or both
- Are ready to live, or already live, in their own home in the community
- Have, or are applying for a care package through their local authority
- Want a Jewish environment and community connections built into their daily life

How it works
Your route into Supported Living
Access to Supported Living is through your Social Work team. Here is what the journey typically looks like:
Your Social Worker is the starting point. They will assess your needs and help apply for a care and support package from your local authority.
Once a package is agreed, your Social Worker will look at suitable providers. You can request Kisharon Langdon as your preferred provider.
We arrange visits so you and your family can meet our team, see our properties, and ask any questions before any decisions are made.
We work carefully on transitions, making sure the move feels comfortable, and that your support is right from day one.
What daily life looks like
No two people’s experience is the same. Support plans
are built around what matters most to each person: their routines, interests, relationships and goals. Personalisation of care is central to everything we do.
Day-to-day life might include:
- Support with cooking, cleaning and household tasks
- Getting to work, volunteering, or community activities
- Staying connected to family, friends and synagogue
- Personal care, where needed
- Managing money and appointments with confidence
- Celebrating Shabbat, Chagim and Jewish life
