Donate your books
Donating your books to New Chapters is a simple way to support meaningful employment opportunities for adults with learning disabilities and autistic people.
Books can be donated directly to New Chapters or dropped off at any of our Kisharon Langdon social enterprise locations across North London. While your book donations support New Chapters, we also encourage you to visit our other social enterprises, where every purchase helps create opportunities, promote independence and support the people we work with.
Before donating, please check that your books meet our acceptance and condition guidelines.
We are unable to accept:

Book condition guidelines
Our quality control team carefully checks every donation to ensure it is suitable for resale. Books that cannot be sold unfortunately create disposal costs for the charity, so we kindly ask that donations are:
- Clean and in good condition
- Free from water damage or mould
- Free from excessive writing or highlighting
- Complete, with no missing or loose pages
- Suitable for resale
